Requirements

  • Min Diploma/ Degree in Human Resource/ Business/ Social Science
  • Min 6 years working experience in HR
  • Well verse in Labour law, Industry Relation, government statutory process
  • Observation human behavior
  • Coordination, presentation
  • Interpersonal and communication, negotiation ability
  • Able to generate ideas, plan & propose
  • Able to communicate with all level effectively
  • Multi tasking
  • Preferably Chinese & English speaking candidates

Responsibilities

  • Identify, analyze, develop strategies, policy recommendation, implement, monitor and evaluate all human resources activities against the current and future needs of the company
  • Maintan HR policy & procedure to have a standardization working environment
  • Update Employee Handbook when changes take place
  • Maintain work place discipline & compliance to government rules and regulations
  • Recruitment, selection & placement to support company expansion and operation
  • Conduct new staffs orientation programme   
  • Human Resource Development to enhance staff’s performance
  • Coordinate staff TNA submission, prepare training calendar, locate budget and monitor expenses
  • Sourcing training program and trainer
  • Compensation & Benefit scheme to have a fair reward for staff & company
  • Analyze, strategize, implement and monitor Performance Management System, recommend and execute salary increment, adjustment, performance bonus, and promotion process
  • Motivation program to groom up staff motivation level
  • Plan, propose & organize
