RESPONSIBILITIES:
• To manage, lead procurement team.
• Organize and administer the purchasing function of direct materials (except parts) for the effective inventory management to ensure smooth operations across entire supply chain.
• To liaise with internal respective department and vendors (local or international) in purchasing duties.
• Continuous monitoring, evaluating and improving supplier performance.
• To keep track and monitor of all purchase status at all times, as to ensure optimum inventory are maintain in order to fulfill customers’ (internal & external) requirements such as product/s quality, accuracy and on time delivery.
• Ensure application of permit and labels for SIRIM related items.
• Assist in reviewing tenders and bids when necessary.
• Assist OM Manager to promote best practice and ensure continuous improvement in procurement process.
• Initiate, develop and carry out complete purchasing procedures, documentation or any internal procedure which is in compliance with company quality systems.
• Prepare monthly inventory analysis and other stocks related reports as directed for managerial review.
• Constant checking on consumptions levels and stocks of goods in the store.
• Ensuring all product/s purchase is compliance to any local country regulations while getting all necessary approval/ application prior products being ship to the country and /or customers.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
- Required skill(s): SAP.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Applicants must be willing to work in PETALING JAYA.
- Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Purchasing/Inventory/Material & Warehouse Management or equivalent.
