ORDER MANAGEMENT EXECUTIVE (PJ/ KL/ SAP/ RM4000/ URGENT)

LOCATION: PETALING JAYA
POSITION: ORDER MANAGEMENT EXECUTIVE
NATURE OF BUSINESS: OFFICE AUTOMATION
SALARY: RM 4000

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for managing the sales orders, returns and domestic stock transfer process for accuracy and completeness.
• To liaise with sales and cross function departments for sales coordination and operational activities.
• To process and coordinate sales order from initial order receipt until final delivery, verification of documents and invoice.
• To keep track and monitor of order status at all times, as to ensure order accuracy and on time delivery with high service level
• Initiate, develop and carry out complete sales ordering procedures, documentation or any internal procedure which is in compliance with company quality systems.
• Manage and resolve internal / external queries relating to order status and customer account issues.
• Handle customer enquiries and complaints with urgency, immediately refer issues / decision requiring higher-level discussion or approvals to relevant personnel while maintaining customer’s satisfaction.
• Ensure all processes are in compliance with Company’s procedure and guidelines.
• Any other related jobs assigned by the superior which deem to be appropriate.

LOCATION: KL SENTRAL
POSITION: PRODUCTS ORDER COORDINATOR
NATURE OF BUSINESS: SHARED SERVICES CENTER- MARITIME
SALARY: RM 3500

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Receive and timely register RFQs and POs in the system, ensuring all information is correct
• Interpret RFQs and POs, seeking technical advice if appropriate
• Actively use system for understanding and following up on customer specific information and requirements
• Issue delivery instructions to the appropriate supply point and to closely follow up on delivery of the goods
• Resolve any order related problems including suggestions for redirection of orders if appropriate
• Keep Customer Services informed of any irregularities related to RFQs or POs of their customers
• Check that the order value maintains within the existing authorised credit limits and policies
• Gather information required to help investigation and resolution in invoice dispute
• Follow up complaints/non compliances through improvement/complaint system in place

REQUIREMENTS:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
  • Required skill(s): SAP.
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in PETALING JAYA/ KL SENTRAL.
  • Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
