SECRETARY (GLOMAC KELANA JAYA/ RM 3500/ IMMEDIATE HIRING)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

       Responsible for handle day to day operation, secretarial and general administrative of the office including stationery, general claims such as staff medical, leave, overtime and travel claim.
       Handle mails and faxes distribution
       Maintenance the filing system and documentations.

REQUIREMENTS:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English
  • At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in KELANA JAYA.
  • Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Secretarial/Executive & Personal Assistant or equivalent.
  • Full-Time position(s) available.
