PRE SALES / APPLICATION CONSULTANT ( IT SOLUTIONS)

 JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

1.       To carry out implementation of small projects 

2.       Site visit to garther requirement

3.       Conduct technical presentation to customer on ECM solutions and BPS

4.       Prepare interview notes for users and 1st / draft copy of SDD for Project Leader to review

5.       Assist Project Leader in System Build activities and ensure proper configurations are carried out in accordance to the signed-off Systems Design Documents

6.       Write reports and design forms.

7.       Assist application specialists in data migration

8.       Conduct training

9.       Assist application specialists in testing example interface testing etc

10.   To attend to any ‘Change Request’ upon confirmation / agreement by Project Leader

11.   To provide Project Status Report to Project Leader

12.   To provide training and support to our clients, if needed

13.   To carry out assignments as and when required by management.

14.   To acquire knowledge on products as required by the management

15.   Proposal Writing

JOB REQUIREMENT

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
• Required skill(s): erp, EDMS.
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Junior Executives specializing in IT/Computer - Software or equivalent.
• 5 Full-Time position(s) available.
