JUNIOR / SENIOR BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT AND MARKETING EXECUTIVE (Basic RM2500-RM4500)

Location: Selayang

REQUIREMENTS:
  • Minimum 2 years of architectural or construction products selling experience.
  • Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Architectural, Sales & Marketing or Business Management or equivalent.
  • Able to speak English, Mandarin and Malay.
  • Positive attitude and resourceful.
  • Able to work independently and diligently.
  • Organized and detail oriented.
  • Strong communication and inter-personal skills.
  • Technical or mechanical aptitude.
  • Computer literate, familiar with Microsoft Office other relevant software.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Maintain and develop a customer and prospect database.
  • Plan and carry out direct marketing activities to agree with company budges, sales volumes, values, product and timescales.
  • Respond to and follow up sales enquiries by post, telephone, internet, attending exhibitions and road shows and other means or marketing medium.
  • Maintain and develop existing and new customers through planned individual account support, and liaison with internal order-processing stuff.
  • Carry out research on market, competitors and customer surveys.
  • Liaise and attend meetings with other company function necessary to perform duties and aid business and organizational development.
  • Monitor and report on activities and provide relevant management information.
  • To meet with sales targets with minimum supervision.
  • Attend training and to develop relevant knowledge and skills.
  • Any other task to be assigned as and when required.
ID SALES CONSULTANT (RM2500-RM3500)
Location: Kota Damansara, Petaling Jaya

REQUIREMENTS:
  • Excellent proficiency in English

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Promote brand names, products and services by interacting with customers, sales prospects, business partners and the media. Brand ambassadors are company’s marketing representatives and customer relationship managers. The objective of the brand ambassador is to provide information about a brand, product or service, generate sales opportunities and build consumer preference of a brand name. They make a company's market offerings appealing to drive consumer demand and preference for a brand name.
  • To organize and conduct Presentations, Demonstrations and Promotions of brands, products and services of the company.
  • To identify sales leads, pitch goods or services to new clients and maintain a good working relationship with new contacts.
  • Develops a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability.
  • To conduct sales function, ensuring the optimum performance of the entire spectrum from initial proposal to the closing of sales.
  • Practice excellent Customer Service and Relationships with customers reflecting the company’s After-Sales Service Charter.
SALES EXECUTIVE - DEALER (RM3000-RM3500)
Location: Seksyen 15, Shah Alam

REQUIREMENTS:
  • Minimum Diploma & above in any field
  • At least 2-3 years experiences in dealer/channel sales, preferably those experienced in building material industry
  • Possess own transport and willing to travel
  • Good communication and interpersonal skill.
  • Aggressive and result-oriented person.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Perform all sales duties (prospecting, sales presentation, sales closing, follow through sales administration and after sales)
  • Provide customer service and build customer database
  • Liaising with dealers, contractors and designers to maximize the sales opportunity.
MARKETING EXECUTIVE (RM3000-RM3500)
Location: Kuala Lumpur

REQUIREMENTS:
  • Diploma or Higher in any field.
  • Min. 1 year project marketing / sales experience.
  • Must be result orientated, aggressive, committed and proactive.
  • Possess good communication and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Possess own transport.
  • Training will be provided.
  • Reasonable command in English language.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Follow up projects by meeting owners, end users, consultants, agencies and main contractors as necessary.
  • Provide product specifications to designers or consultants to be included in tender / product design brief.
  • Market and promote specific product assigned by the company.
  • Provide feedback on general market conditions.
  • Maintain and uphold excellent relationship between the company and the customer.
  • Follow up on new and existing sales leads. 
SALES & MARKETING EXECUTIVE (RM2000-RM3000)
Location: Kuala Lumpur

REQUIREMENTS:
  • SPM with Mathematic credit/Diploma in Marketing, Business, Interior Design or Engineering or its equivalent
  • 1 year working experience in sales/marketing/building materials industry
  • (kitchen/fire protection/ decorative architectural products)
  • Able to converse in Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin and othervarious dialects is an added advantage
  • Computer literate in Microsoft Words & Excel
  • Possess own transport
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Responsible for the development and performance of all marketing and sales activities
  • Establish plan and strategies to expand the customer base and to achieve a sales target
  • To update and improve marketing tools
  • To monitor sales profit and source more competitive products to compete in aspects of pricing
