EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT TO CEO (KL/ RM 6000/ TOURISM)


JOB DESCRIPTION:

•To coordinate and delegate work as directed to enable the CEO to lead, develop and execute the Company’s business plan and activities effectively and efficiently.

•To follow up and interact with Company Managers / Heads of Department on internal and external operation issues to ensure smooth running of business.

•To coordinate and monitor the implementation of control procedures, policies and operating procedures of the company to ensure a better efficiency and cost effective management of resources.

•Assist CEO to prepare correspondence, reports and materials for presentations in meetings.

•Filter general information, queries and phone calls.

•Coordinate appointment, meeting, conferences and maintain CEO’s calendar.

•Attend meetings with CEO, minute issues arising and follow up on behalf of the CEO.

•Any other assignments as and when required.


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master's Degree, any field.
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English
  • At least 10 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in PUDU.
  • Preferably Managers specializing in Secretarial/Executive & Personal Assistant or equivalent.
  • MUST BE WILLING TO TRAVEL WITH CEO
  • Full-Time position(s) available.
