REQUIREMENT
• Candidate must possess a minimum of SPM, Diploma or Bachelor's Degree, in any field.
• Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese.
• Required skills: familiar with Microsoft Office, with Advance level in Ms PowerPoint.
• Preferably 3-5 years working experience in the related field. Fresh graduates with good working attitude will be consider.
• Experience in SAP Environment is an added advantage.
• Experience in Accpac Accounting System is an added advantage.
• Booking & Accounting knowledge is an added advantage.
• Our office is located at Peremba Square, Saujana Resort, along the road to Subang Airport, opposite to Oasis, Ara Damansara).
• Must possess own transport as location not accessible via public transport. 5 working days, normal office hours.
RESPONSIBILITY
• Assist in Business Development functions (preparing quotations & handling technical documents)
• Assist in Marketing functions (hands on in creation of presentation slides & assist in updating market product database)
• Manage sample lab to be in a good order
• Prepare sales related reports for Division Manager
• Assist in other ad hoc assignment
• Inventory Receipt System Entries
• Account Payables Invoice Verification & System Entries
• Cash Book Management
• Office Supplies & General Procurement
• Assist in Report Generation
• Assist in other ad hoc assignment

RM2000 - RM4000 (commensurate to working experience)
with the title “Applying For Admin Executive /Assistant”
