JOB REQUIREMENT:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, preferably in HRM or related courses.
- Required language(s): English
- At least 2-5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Training & Development / Payroll or equivalent.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Training & Development (PJ & Shah Alam)
- To develop and implement various training tools and techniques, customize and update training material
- To ensure overall effective execution of the training and development programs, plan, policies and strategies to meet the
- organization's objectives
- To conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to assess relevant training need for employees
- To plan the annual training calendar and budget
- To conduct operational staff training, induction courses, etc. as and when required
- To prepare regular reports for management review on training effectiveness
- To establish extensive networks and mutually supportive relationships within the company and external training providers
- To assist in staff welfare as and when required
- To assist in any other ad hoc tasks as assigned by the superior
- Payroll / Compensation & Benefits (PJ Trade Centre)
- Handling payroll for 2000 pax
- Payroll System : Kaizen / PeopleSoft
- Responsible for routine and daily personnel function, meeting date-line and accuracy of information generated and presented.
- Prepare monthly payroll for Group of Companies
- To maintain and monitor leave, payroll & long service information database, and to ensure that the record is updated regularly. Timely submission of statutory
- Establish and maintain and effective payroll record system for all levels of staff.
- Compile periodic payroll report.
- To administer leave & payroll files and records, and to ensure proper up keeping and maintenance of these records at all times
- Prepare statistics relating to leave & payroll & performance appraisal
- HR Assistant/Generalist (PJ & Shah Alam)
- Handling full spectrum of HR tasks such as payroll, recruitment, immigrations matters, foreign workers, FOMEMA etc
- Also handling administrative tasks such as license renewal, documentations, filing & generating reports
with the title “Applying For HR Executive”
