CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE/ FRONT DESK ASSISTANT (KL/ RM 2500/ IMMEDIATE HIRING)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

LOCATION: JALAN IMBI, KL
NATURE OF BUSINESS: CALL CENTER 
  • Receive inbound calls from multiple campaigns and convert them into sales if required.
  • Conduct outbound calls where necessary.
  • Document conversations between the customer and service consultant.
  • Implement all campaign policies and procedures.
  • Adhere to a scheduled roster.
  • Work as part of a team.
  • Effectively manage customer interaction, identify needs and offer solution.
  • Strive to achieve contact centre’s and campaign’s key performance indicators. (KPI)
  • Attend to any ad hoc assignment by the management   
LOCATION: BUKIT BINTANG, KL
NATURE OF BUSINESS: IT 
  • Attend to walk in customers for inquiry and complaints. 
  • Attend to any ad hoc assignment by the management   
JOB REQUIREMENT:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, any field.
  • Required skill(s): CUSTOMER SERVICE.
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English
  • Applicants must be willing to work in BUKIT BINTANG & IMBI.
  • No work experience required/ 1-2 years working experiences.
