JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
LOCATION: JALAN IMBI, KL
NATURE OF BUSINESS: CALL CENTER
- Receive inbound calls from multiple campaigns and convert them into sales if required.
- Conduct outbound calls where necessary.
- Document conversations between the customer and service consultant.
- Implement all campaign policies and procedures.
- Adhere to a scheduled roster.
- Work as part of a team.
- Effectively manage customer interaction, identify needs and offer solution.
- Strive to achieve contact centre’s and campaign’s key performance indicators. (KPI)
- Attend to any ad hoc assignment by the management
LOCATION: BUKIT BINTANG, KL
NATURE OF BUSINESS: IT
- Attend to walk in customers for inquiry and complaints.
- Attend to any ad hoc assignment by the management
JOB REQUIREMENT:
- Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, any field.
- Required skill(s): CUSTOMER SERVICE.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English
- Applicants must be willing to work in BUKIT BINTANG & IMBI.
- No work experience required/ 1-2 years working experiences.
