HR EXECUTIVE - PJ/PUCHONG/KL

Job Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a SPM/ Diploma/ Degree, in related field.
  • Required language(s): Chinese, English
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • We prefer some one with own transport to reach the office area.
  • Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
  • 4 Full-Time position(s) available.
  • Candidate must be willing to work in either ONE of the locations:
    • Jalan Tandang, PJ (RM3500) - Prefer Chinese speaker with min 2yrs experience in general HR
    • Setia Walk, Puchong (RM2500) - Prefer SPM or Diploma holder with min 3yrs in HR & Admin
    • Chan Sow Lin, KL (RM4000) - Prefer Chinese speaker with min 3yrs exp in Compensations & Benefits
    • Kelana Jaya (RM1800) - For fresh graduates/experienced Chinese speaker, SPM or Diploma holder only.
Job Responsibilities:

Jalan Tandang, PJ (RM3500)
  • Provide all-rounded HR support on recruitment, compensation and benefits administration, training & development and employee relations etc.
  • Recruit junior staff; handle employment formalities, probation/staff movement issues and exit arrangement.
  • Perform monthly payroll, attendance checks and leave administration.
  • Conduct exit interviews and prepare exit analysis reports.
  • Conduct new employee induction training and assist in organizing functional training.
  • Assist in organizing staff activities and recognition programs to enhance engagement.
  • Administer all HR policies & procedure,monitor to ensure compliance; prepare HR reports.
Setia Walk, Puchong (RM2500)
  • Admin field:-
    • Answer phone & attend to visitors, ensuring all office related amenities are provided and operational, including stationaries & pantry equipment
    • Responsible to general up keeping of the office environment, preparing staff claims, assist in flight, hotel booking, commercial event preparations
    • Pick up & collect documents (from external Company Secretary, to Immigration Department etc), arranging courier of documents
  • HR field:-
    • Updating staff movement system, staff attendance record & making sure staff leave records are up to date.
    • Liaise with recruitment agencies for job posting, filing of HR related documents (appointment, resignation, warning letters)
    • Prepare documents for HR interviews
Chan Sow Lin, KL (RM4000)
  • To handle and monitor monthly payroll process and government deduction/ contribution such as EPF, SOCSO' HRF and Income Tax
  • Responsible for the administration of HR processes and system that are related to
  • Compensation and Benefits such as performance appraisals, medical insurance and salary structure.
  • Develop, implement and administer policies and procedures that related to Compensation and Benefits
  • To assist in other HR related functions from time to time as required.
Kelana Jaya (RM1800)
  • Manage and administer HR process in recruitment and selection, employee relations, performance management and other HR administrative matters.
  • Participate in career fairs, coordinate with various recruitment channels and build rapport with colleges/ universities for talent sourcing purpose.
  • Receive job applications and record all employees' information in the HR database
  • Monitor, maintain and update the HR database and employee personal files.
  • Responsible in preparing HR related letters.
  • Assist in handling staff confirmation and annual performance review.
  • Perform monthly payroll processing function.
  • Perform any other related duties as and when assigned.
