Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
- At least 3-5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably to be able to handle full set of accounts
- Knowledge in UBS & MYOB will be added advantage.
- Good command in English & Bahasa Malaysia.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Pusat Bandar Puchong.
- Able to start immediately will be preferred.
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible in day to day accounting and administrative work
Administration:
- File documents and keep the filing system organized
- Fill up purchase orders, payment vouchers, invoices and other related documents
- Assist in staff logistics (bookings, itineraries etc)
- Check staff claims & movements
- Assist in staff permitting, visas and related documents
- Liaise with office suppliers and service providers for smooth office running
Finance:
- Data entry in accounting system
- Reconciliation, book keeping, ledgers and keep accounts up to date
- Cash in/out cheques
- Keep project accounting up to date
- Monthly/Yearly closing
