ADMIN & ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVE (5days, PUCHONG)

Job Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
  • At least 3-5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably to be able to handle full set of accounts
  • Knowledge in UBS & MYOB will be added advantage.
  • Good command in English & Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Pusat Bandar Puchong.
  • Able to start immediately will be preferred.
Job Responsibilities:

- Responsible in day to day accounting and administrative work

Administration:
  • File documents and keep the filing system organized
  • Fill up purchase orders, payment vouchers, invoices and other related documents
  • Assist in staff logistics (bookings, itineraries etc)
  • Check staff claims & movements
  • Assist in staff permitting, visas and related documents
  • Liaise with office suppliers and service providers for smooth office running
Finance:
  • Data entry in accounting system
  • Reconciliation, book keeping, ledgers and keep accounts up to date
  • Cash in/out cheques
  • Keep project accounting up to date
  • Monthly/Yearly closing
