SALES COORDINATOR / ACCOUNTS ASSISTANT ~ IMMEDIATE HIRING

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

SALES COORDINATOR CUM ACCOUNTS ASSISTANT
  • Able to communicate in Chinese & English.
  • Computer literate & able to handle simple account tasks.
  • Able & willing to work in Petaling Jaya.
REQUIREMENTS:
  1. Minimum STPM qualification with some accounting knowledge.
  2. At least 1 year experience in Sales Coordination works / accounting related job.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  1. Coordinate on Sales / Services between Customers / Dealers / TSM.
  2. Coordinate on Sales / Services between Salesman / Technician / Manager.
  3. Assisting accounting work in AR portion.
1)   Medical Sales  
  • Issuance of Purchase Order to TSM.
  • Shipment Monitoring / Coordinate with TSM and forwarder agent.
  • Stock allotment for sales order received and also loan for demo purpose.
  • Sales Invoicing.
  • Coordination works on goods delivery to customer/dealers.
  • Coordination works with TSM for Warranty Claim of instrument on replacement and repair.
  • Monitoring the Dealers’ Accounts Credit Limit.
 2) Medical Service
  • Issuance of Purchase Order for Spare Parts to TSM.
  • Shipment Monitoring & Coordination works with TSM.
  • Stock allotment for sales order received.
  • Sales Invoicing.
  • Preparation works / packing of goods for delivery to customer/dealers.
  • Coordinate with TSM for Warranty Claim of Spare Parts the shipment return back to TIM.
  • Helping in preparing quotation to customers (sales of spare parts and services).
  • Spare Parts Physical Stock Control.
 3) Accounting Works
  • Key-in payments received from debtors.
  • Generating Official Receipt and statement of Account.
  • Preparation for Mailing of Monthly Statements for both Medical & Survey section.
  • Generating AR Ledger for each salesman (Medical & Survey), then email to them for collection purpose.
  • Generating AR Ledger for both department, then email to the respective Manager.
  • Assist in payment (issuance of cheque), staff claims or any other accounting related job where it is applicable and capable to be handle by the candidate.
 Salary up to RM1800 - RM2500 (higher salary with accounting knowledge)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Handling quotations, invoices, Delivery Orders & Purchasing Orders.
  • Handling customer's inquiries & phone calls.
  • Assist Sales person in all administration support & development of POSM materials.
  • Attending Sales & Marketing meeting, handling sales forecast.
  • Developing marketing plans together with sales & marketing team to achieve Sales KPI.
  • Raising forms, data entry, stock & inventory management.
  • Handling indoor sales to boost revenue whenever possible, maintaining customer profile.
  • Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
