INTERIOR DESIGNER (JUNIOR/SENIOR, SELANGOR) ~ IMMEDIATE VACANCY

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Art/Design/Creative Multimedia, Architecture or equivalent.
• Able to communicate Chinese and English only (e.g: Chinese speaking candidates required to service clients from China).
• Skills in 3D Max, MS Office, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, AutoCAD.
• Must possess own transport.
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Willing to travel.
• Fresh graduates preferred, or minimum 1 year working experience for position (1). 
• Minimum 2 years to 3 years working experience required for position (2).
• Position type: Permanent.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

1)  INTERIOR DESIGNER JOB RESPONSIBILITIES (FRESH GRADUATES PREFERRED, OR W/ MIN 1 YEARS WORKING EXPERIENCE) ~ KELANA JAYA, PJ:-

• Prepare design proposal, layout plans, 3D drawing and searching materials for presentation.
• To assist in various design projects undertaken by the company.
• Understanding client briefs and concept options as per client's requirement.
• To attend relevant project meeting, site meeting, coordination meeting and site visits.

2) INTERIOR DESIGNER JOB RESPONSIBILITIES (2-3 YRS WORKING EXPERIENCE REQUIRED) ~ PJ, SELANGOR:

• To work on design proposal and drawing documentation.
• To prepare drawings include 3D perspective and layout plans.
• To supervise and coordinate with all relevant personnel within the design and project team.
• To act as main liaison with clients on the assigned projects until completion.
• To conduct site coordination, contractors and suppliers with/ without assistance of project managers.
