KEY ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE (PREFER CUSTOMER SERVICE BACKGROUND/ BUKIT JELUTONG)

JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/ Higher/ Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
  • Required skill(s): CUSTOMER SERVICE.
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in BUKIT JELUTONG, SHAH ALAM.
  • Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
  • Full-Time position(s) available.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
  • To assist Assistant Manager in daily execution of customers’ data print projects so to meet Service Level Agreement.
  • To coordinate and liaise with internal departments for timely and accurate reports for customers.
  • To handle customer’s enquiries on projects updates and new projects.
  • To help establish and promote a customer – centric culture that strives to meet customer’s expectation.
  • To attend customer’s progressive meetings and yearly audits.
  • To communicate effectively to customers in various industries.
