JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Candidate must possess at least a Professional
Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/ Higher/ Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree,
Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
- Required skill(s): CUSTOMER
SERVICE.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English
- At least 2
year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for
this position.
- Applicants must be willing to work in BUKIT JELUTONG, SHAH ALAM.
- Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Customer
Service or equivalent.
- Full-Time position(s) available.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- To assist Assistant Manager in daily execution of customers’ data print projects so to meet Service Level Agreement.
- To coordinate and liaise with internal departments for timely and accurate reports for customers.
- To handle customer’s enquiries on projects updates and new projects.
- To help establish and promote a customer – centric culture that strives to meet customer’s expectation.
- To attend customer’s progressive meetings and yearly audits.
- To communicate effectively to customers in various industries.
