ASSISTANT COMPANY SECRETARY (BANDAR SUNWAY- PUBLIC LISTED COMPANY)

JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/ Higher/ Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Law, Business Studies/ Administration/ Management or equivalent.
  • Required skill(s): ICSA, MAICSA.
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English.
  • Minimum 1 or 2 years relevant working experience.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in BANDAR SUNWAY.
  • No work experience required.
  • Full-Time position(s) available.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  •  To handle the corporate secretarial work on listed and unlisted companies.
  •  To perform all aspects of administrating the day-to-day operations of the secretarial compliance with Companies Act, the listing requirements of BMSB.
  • To organize Board Meetings as well as attend to Shareholders Meeting.
