JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Candidate must possess at least a Professional
Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/ Higher/ Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's
Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Law, Business Studies/
Administration/ Management or equivalent.
- Required skill(s): ICSA, MAICSA.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English.
- Minimum 1 or 2
years relevant working experience.
- Applicants must be willing to work in BANDAR SUNWAY.
- No
work experience required.
- Full-Time position(s) available.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- To handle the corporate secretarial work on listed and unlisted companies.
- To perform all aspects of administrating the day-to-day operations of the secretarial compliance with Companies Act, the listing requirements of BMSB.
- To organize Board Meetings as well as attend to Shareholders Meeting.
