CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE (KOTA DAMANSARA & KL/ IMMEDIATE HIRING)

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, any field.
  • Required skill(s): CUSTOMER SERVICE.
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in KL/ KOTA DAMANSARA AND UPTOWN
  • Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
  • 5 Full-Time position(s) available.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

LOCATION: JALAN IMBI, KL
POSITION: CUSTOMER SERVICE CONSULTANT (CALL CENTER)
WORKING HOURS: ON SHIFTS BASIC 
SALARY: RM 1800-2500 + ALLOWANCE
JOB FUNCTION:
  • Receive inbound calls from multiple campaigns and convert them into sales if required.
  • Conduct outbound calls where necessary.
  • Document conversations between the customer and service consultant.
  • Implement all campaign policies and procedures.
  • Strive to achieve contact centre’s and campaign’s key performance indicators.
  • Attend to any ad hoc assignment by the management   
LOCATION: KOTA DAMANSARA
POSITION: CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE
WORKING HOURS: NORMAL WORKING HOURS
SALARY: RM 1800-2500
JOB FUNCTION:
  • Attend and follow through sales and customer enquires
  • Coordinate marketing and promotion activities
  • Perform telemarketing activities
  • Complete documentations for customer credit upgrades/evaluation
  • Prepare and excuse complete sales cycle including quotation, order confirmation, and sales order for delivery
  • Other duties assigned by your superior
