ADMIN ASSISTANT / MARKETING ASSISTANT (PJ / SHAH ALAM) X 9 POSITIONS

JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Candidate must possess at least a SPM / STPM / Diploma / Degree in any field.
  • Required language(s): Chinese, English.
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position, fresh graduates welcomed to apply.
  • Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.
  • 10 Full-Time position(s) available.
  • Preferably someone with own transport (car, bike) to work in Shah Alam/ PJ
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Various positions in various departments inclusive of Finance, Accounts, Sales, Marketing, HR as admin support.
  • Handling administrative tasks such as filing, documentations, data entry etc.
  • Communicate with supplier & customer regarding quotations, DO, PO, product shipping & delivery.
  • Coordinate tasks & assignments between departments (intra & inter departmental communications).
  • Preparing POSM material for events, roadshow etc.
  • Attending Departmental meetings, preparing necessary documentations, preparing presentations slides & sales/finance/marketing reports etc.
  • Any ad hoc tasks as assigned, training provided.
