JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Candidate must possess at least a SPM / STPM / Diploma / Degree in any field.
- Required language(s): Chinese, English.
- At least 1
year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for
this position, fresh graduates
welcomed to apply.
- Preferably Junior Executives specializing in
Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.
- 10 Full-Time position(s) available.
- Preferably someone with own transport (car, bike) to
work in Shah Alam/ PJ.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Various positions in various departments inclusive of
Finance, Accounts, Sales, Marketing, HR as admin support.
- Handling administrative tasks such as filing,
documentations, data entry etc.
- Communicate with supplier & customer regarding
quotations, DO, PO, product shipping & delivery.
- Coordinate tasks & assignments between departments
(intra & inter departmental communications).
- Preparing POSM material for events, roadshow etc.
- Attending Departmental meetings, preparing necessary
documentations, preparing presentations slides &
sales/finance/marketing reports etc.
- Any ad hoc tasks as assigned, training provided.
