SALES COORDINATOR / ADMIN (basic salary + performance bonus + annual bonus)

Responsibilities:


  • Handling quotations, invoices, Delivery Orders & Purchasing Orders
  • Handling customer's inquiries & phone calls
  • Assist Sales person in all administration support & development of POSM materials
  • Attending Sales & Marketing meeting, handling sales forecast
  • Developing marketing plans together with sales & marketing team to achieve Sales KPI
  • Raising forms, data entry, stock & inventory management
  • Handling indoor sales to boost revenue whenever possible, maintaining customer profile
  • Other ad hoc tasks as assigned


Requirements:


SALES / MARKETING COORDINATOR (KUALA LUMPUR):
  • Preferably male candidates
  • Able to communicate in Chinese & English language
  • Computer literate & able to handle administrations tasks
  • Able & willing to work in:
    • Tmn Perindustrian Selayang, Batu Caves
    • Jln Segambut

SALES & SERVICE EXECUTIVE / CUSTOMER MARKETING (PETALING JAYA):
  • Able to communicate in Chinese & English language
  • Computer literate & able to handle admin tasks
  • Able & willing to work in:
    • Jln Semangat (Advantage for applicants with Diploma in Marketing or Business Admin)
    • SS2 / SS3 (Minimum 1 years exp in Sales Admin/Coordinator)
    • Damansara Utama (Preferably someone with Degree in Engineering + 2yrs relevant exp)
    • Kota Damansara (preferably female)
    • Menara PJX (nearby Tmn Jaya LRT, prefer canddiate with own transport)

INTERNATIONAL SALES COORDINATOR/ SALES COORDINATOR (SHAH ALAM):
  • Able to communicate in Chinese & English language
  • Computer literate & able to handle admin tasks
  • Able & willing to work in:
    • Glenmarie (Customer Service + Engineering background, able to handle indoor sales)
    • I-City (Preferably male candidate, preferably with sales or customer service background

SALES ADMIN SUPERVISOR/OFFICER (SUBANG JAYA):
  • Able to communicate in Chinese & English language
  • Computer literate & able to handle admin tasks
  • Able & willing to work in:
    • Tmn Perindustrian Subang (Min 2 yrs related working experience/ independent & mature fresh grads)

SALES COORDINATOR/SALES ASSISTANT:
  • Able to communicate in English language
  • Computer literate & able to handle admin tasks
  • Able & willing to work in:
    • Kota Tinggi (Willing to work halfday Saturday)
