Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree,any field.
• Required skill(s): CUSTOMER SERVICE, MS Office.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Applicants must be willing to work in SUBANG JAYA.
• Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Attend to inquiries and liase with customers and external counterparts.
• Assist sales personnel to plan and schedule incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Handle logistics related business such as daily operations, manage warehouse staff, customer service and coordinate with delivery agents.
