Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
- Required skill(s): NEGOTIATION, MS Office, SAP.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Applicants must be willing to work in SHAH ALAM.
- Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Purchasing/Inventory/Material & Warehouse Management or equivalent.

Responsibilities
• Managing the daily operations of the office.
• Organizing and maintaining files and records.
• Planning and scheduling for production.
• Managing projects and conducting material searching.
• Preparing and editing correspondence, reports and presentations of department.
• Meeting with vendors arrangements.
• Providing quality internal & external customer service.
• Daily tracing and report of purchasing & fabrication status (vendor and inter-dept.).
• ISO 9001 documentations controls especially on vendor evaluation.
• As a middle person between QA and vendor for fabrication parts (quality issue).
• Support month end closing jobs.
