ADMIN / CUSTOMER SUPPORT/ COORDINATOR (Junior & Senior)

Requirements


  • Candidate must possess at least a SPM, Diploma, Degree in any field.
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English (Additional language knowledge such as Chinese will have advantages)
  • Computer literate, able to learn & multitasking
  • Junior & Senior positions available, open for Malaysian applicants only
  • 10 Full-Time position(s) available.

Responsibilities


Admin Executive (Senior)
  • Possess minimum 5 years experience as office admin, handling company's car licensing, building maintenance & billings, stationeries & toiletries purchasing
  • Possess leadership skills & experience in monitoring more than 2 subordinates
  • Familiar with admin SOP for new office set-up (HQ in Bandar Utama, new office in Nilai)
  • Preferably Female, preferably able to communicate in Chinese Language
  • Able & willing to work in Bandar Baru Nilai, Negeri Sembilan

Admin Assistant (Junior)
  • Fresh graduates or someone with around 1 year experience is encouraged to apply
  • Assisting immediate superior in handling admin, HR, banking, purchasing & logistics matter
  • Training provided
  • Able & willing to work in either of the locations below:
    • Petaling Jaya
    • Rawang (required to have own transport, preferably male)
    • Kuala Lumpur

Sales Coordinator / Admin
  • Will be placed under Marketing or Sales Department to assist sales person in their documentations (data entry, invoice, PO, DO etc)
  • Liaising with client from time to time regarding stock delivery & billings
  • Generating relevant sales report daily/weekly/monthly
  • Able & willing to work in either of the locations below:
    • Subang Jaya
    • Petaling Jaya
    • Shah Alam
    • Kuala Lumpur
