PLANT ENGINEER (RM5000-RM6000) ~ SHAH ALAM

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Industrial), Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Others), Engineering (Mechatronic/Electromechanical) or equivalent
• MUST have knowledge and experience in refrigeration systems.
• Minimum 3-4 year(s) of working experience in 'related field' is required for this position. 
• Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent
• Team player, with hands on skills, positive thinker and proactive personality. 

Responsibilities

• Monitoring and proposing effectiveness of preventive maintenance programs.
• Maintaining the master calibration program for the whole plant.
• Establishing all line, wiring and piping schematic.
• Ensuring the efficient operation of all plant ice cream equipment and cold storage warehouse.
• Maintaining efficient operation of all plant utilities.
• Establishing spare part inventory control.
• Planning, proposing and executing improvement/upgrading projects.
• Responsible for operation of WWTP and compliance to all related legal environmental requirements.
• To ensure compliance to all legal requirements/inspections associated withengineering such as JKKP, Bomba etc.
• To propose budget, monitor and accountable for expenses incurred for engineering department.
• To provide and follow up on the Safety issues related to plant, equipment and personnel.
• Proposing and evaluating the purchase of new equipments.
