Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess
at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post
Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Electrical/Electronic),
Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Environmental/Health/Safety), Engineering
(Mechatronic/Electromechanical) or in any engineering field.
- Minimum 3 year(s) of working
experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Senior/Junior Executives
specializing in Maintenance/Repair (Facilities & Machinery), with
supervisory skills or equivalent.
- Must have own transport.
- Full-Time position(s)
available.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead the maintenance
team to perform all the maintenance activities.
- Monitoring and planning
the weekly/monthly/yearly preventive maintenance activities.
- Required to ensure
proper procedures taken when carrying out maintenance work to prevent product contamination, and to review the effectiveness of the
procedures from time to time.
- Control the proper usage
of all the maintenance tools and machinery spare parts.
- Calibrate and monitor
all the production equipment accuracy.
- Formatting, recording
and keeping a proper documentation on standard operating procedure, checklists
and maintenance activities.
- Follow-up and ensure all
spares - plan, order and monitor.
- Attend to the entire
critical breakdown in the plant at all times and "hand-on" repairs
whenever needs arise.
- Working closely with
Production/QA Personnel on process evaluation, modification and improvement.
- To conduct technical
training aiming particular to improve engineering staff's knowledge and
troubleshooting skills.
- Ensure high standard of
safety and health in the working station and in the plant.
