1) Logistic Assistant

• - Sorting and assigning of Delivery Orders
  - Assigning and scheduling of transporter for deliveries
  - Updating of deliveries to Logistic Management System
  - Monitoring the return of signed Delivery Orders by courier companies
  - To follow up with transporters on delivery issues
  - Update and liaise with internal staff on delivery issues
  - Any other duties assigned by superior.

2) Warehouse Assistant

•  KL Sentral

• - Receives and verifies accuracy of incoming shipments.
  - Sorts and places materials on racks, shelves, or in bins according to predetermined sequence such as size, type, style, color, or product code. Marks materials with identifying information.
  - Pulls and distributes materials, tools, or other stock items in order to fill buyer requests.
  - Maintains accurate inventory records through the use of a computerized inventory system.
  - Maintain accurate inventory count, perform ‘weekly’ inventory count and submit reports to management.
  - Report to Senior Operations Manager regarding noted stock movement other than those picked for deliveries.
  - Ensure work areas are kept clean and goods are well arranged at all times.
  - To perform any other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

3) Inventory Executive

• - Ensure accountability of inventory through transaction documentation, process and procedure verification, and system review.
  - Conduct and lead Annual Physical & bi-monthly Cycle Counts at warehouses and business centers.
  - Analyze and verify Cycle Count discrepancies.
  - Ensure minimal stock discrepancy level at all warehouses including Business Centers
  - Liaise with Third Party Warehouses in Peninsular Malaysia & East Malaysia for Cycle Count and to reconcilen Stock Variances on a monthly basis

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level, Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, any field.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Applicants must be willing to work in DAMANSARA/ SHAH ALAM/ SUBANG/ KL SENTRAL.
• Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent.
