ACCOUNTS ASSISTANT / OFFICER (FRESH/1-2 years exp) – IMMEDIATE VACANCIES !!!

1. ACCOUNTS ASSISTANT / OFFICER

REQUIREMENTS:
  • Candidates must possess at least ‘O’ Levels / SPM qualifications / LCCI / Diploma / Degree in Accounting or other related qualifications.
  • At least 1-2 years of working experience in related field. (FRESH GRADUATES are encouraged to apply)
  • Required language(s): English, Chinese, Bahasa Melayu (both oral & written)
  • Required skill(s): Ms. Excel & Ms. Word
  • Able to handle partial / full-set accounts
  • Able to work independently & under minimum supervision
  • 15 Full-Time position(s) available.

RESPONSIILITIES:
  • Assist superior in book-keeping and daily accounting activities.
  • Responsible for filing the accounting documents in timely & accurate manner
  • To assist in the Accounts Receivable / Accounts Payable / Full-Set of Accounts
  • To check & monitor cash book for companies and payment collection from the customers
  • Prepare monthly Debtors & Creditors Reconciliation Reports
  • To assist in inventory adjustment, quarterly or yearly stock takes if required
  • Training will be provided
