1. ACCOUNTS ASSISTANT / OFFICER
REQUIREMENTS:
- Candidates must possess at least ‘O’ Levels / SPM qualifications / LCCI / Diploma / Degree in Accounting or other related qualifications.
- At least 1-2 years of working experience in related field. (FRESH GRADUATES are encouraged to apply)
- Required language(s): English, Chinese, Bahasa Melayu (both oral & written)
- Required skill(s): Ms. Excel & Ms. Word
- Able to handle partial / full-set accounts
- Able to work independently & under minimum supervision
- 15 Full-Time position(s) available.
RESPONSIILITIES:
- Assist superior in book-keeping and daily accounting activities.
- Responsible for filing the accounting documents in timely & accurate manner
- To assist in the Accounts Receivable / Accounts Payable / Full-Set of Accounts
- To check & monitor cash book for companies and payment collection from the customers
- Prepare monthly Debtors & Creditors Reconciliation Reports
- To assist in inventory adjustment, quarterly or yearly stock takes if required
- Training will be provided
