SERVICE ENGINEER/TECHNICIAN(FRESHH GRADS/OR MIN 1- 4 YRS EXP) ~ IMMEDIATE VACANCY

IMMEDIATE VACANCY FOR ALL POSITIONS.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Service Engineer (Fresh Graduates; Or Min 1 year working experience; Subang,Selangor)

• To install or service the electrical component at site.

2. Technician (Fresh Graduates; or 2 years - 5 years working experience; Shah Alam, Selangor)

• Responsibilities for all indoor and outdoor repairing, servicing and to record all repair jobs on the pump repair file/book.

3. Technician (Fresh Graduates; Or Min 1 year working experience; PJ, Selangor)

• Service & Repair Works for Security Equipment, i.e. safes, fire resistant cabinets, strongroom door etc.

4. Project Engineer (Min 1 year - 3 years working experience; Shah Alam, Selangor)

• This position required to understand the control system of the project assigned to the
  candidate.
• The major responsibilities will be designing, configuring, installing and system testing including system documentation preferably with skills in mechatronics or electrical based designing.

5. Technician (Min 1 year - 2 years working experience; Penang/Johor/Selangor)

• Repair Home Appliances & Home Entertainment Products and mobile.
• Propose appropriate solution to management.
• Collect sets from dealers' premises / send repaired sets for dealers.
• Update customers / dealers inquiries regarding repaired sets through email & phone through system.
• To do grading and verifying defective return set.
• Checking dented sets.

6. Technician (Fresh Graduates; Or Min 1 year working experience; PJ, Selangor)

• Technical hands on work, repairing, maintenance and fixing.
• Technical support.

7. Field Engineer (Min 1 year - 2 years working experience; PJ, Selangor)

• Provide technical training and supervision to technician.
• Support Supervisor/technician to troubleshoot difficult technical problem.
• Work closely with Supervisor to deploy the preventive maintenance plan to achieve EI efficiency, MTBC & Sick Lift target.
• Official in charge for night standby operation.
• Build good teamwork by involvement, communication and motivation.
• Visit customer to enhance customer relationship.
• Coordinate with Service Leader for repair sales, upgrading and modernization.
• Retain and contribute experience and knowledge by proper documentation of problems and solution.
• Plan with Supervisor to ensure all FI, LPCA, CA, CPSI are carried out and completed on time.
• Support the supervisor on the service and call back issue.
• To ensure the safe work place by follow company safety policies and promote safety awareness.
• Ensure equipments are maintained and comply with Schindler and JKKP requirements.
• Prepare maintenance schedule and call back report.

8. Product Design & Development Engineer (Min 1 year - 3 years working experience; PJ, Selangor)

• Produce structural strength design analysis and design report of material handling components using Computer Aided Design tools.
• Produce conceptual sketches and fabrication drawings.
• Analyze, evaluate and make recommendations for existing products and designs, to improve products competitiveness and marketability.
• Any document (New and Revised) shall be documented or compiled in soft and hard copy.
• Every new model must be well arranged and labeled with model code.

JOB REQUIREMENT:

• Candidate must possess at least a SPM, STPM, Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Mechatronic/Electromechanical) or equivalent.
• Must be able to communicate fluently in Chinese (e.g. Chinese speaking candidates required to service customers in China ,and Chinese based clients) and English.
• Fresh Graduates preferred for position (1), (2), (3), (6).
• Minimum 1 year to 2 years working experience required for position (1), (2), (3), (4), (5), (6), (7), (8).
• Possess own transport.
• Willing to travel.
• Able to work in Johor, Penang, KL, Selangor.
• Able to start work immediately.
• This position is open for Malaysians ONLY.

SALARY:

·         Fresh graduates: RM900 - RM2500

·         With Experience 1 year to 5 years: RM 2500- RM 4000
