SECRETARY/ PA (PJ/ RM 3500/ CONSTRUCTION/ HEALTHCARE)

PA TO COUNTRY MANAGER

·         PA TO DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS 


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide a high quality secretarial and organizational support service.
  • Effective management of the electronic diary, assessing priority of appointments and reallocation as necessary.
  • Providing support for an extensive range of meetings. This will include preparing agendas, pre-meeting briefings and meeting papers, noting action points and following them up.
  • Word processing correspondence, memos and reports from written copy or audio tape and preparing presentations.
  • Receiving and dealing with telephone calls professionally, re-directing or taking messages and using initiative to deal with queries.
  • Sorting, distributing and responding or drafting responses to incoming mail in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Organizing and maintaining effective filing systems.
  • Acting as a key liaison point between the Director of operation/Country manager and other key parties, setting up meetings as appropriate and maintaining good communications.
  • Making travel arrangements, booking accommodation and processing claims for expenses.
  • Any other duties as may reasonably be required, consistent with the grade of the post

JOB REQUIREMENT
  • 3-5 years working experiences.
  • At least SPM/ Diploma in Secretarial.
  • Experience as a Personal Assistant to senior management.
  • Experience of electronic diary management.
  • Excellent team working skills with the ability to work collaboratively and co-operatively with colleagues.
  • Good command in English. 

SECRETARY

Location: GLOMAC, KELANA JAYA
Nature of Business: CONSTRUCTION

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide office administrative support & ensure efficient operation of the office.
  • Assists in handling incoming call.
  • Ensure record management system is efficiently update.
  • Responsible for handle day to day operation, secretarial and general administrative of the office including stationery, general claims such as staff medical, leave, overtime and travel claim.
  • Handle mails and faxes distribution
  • Maintenance the filing system and documentations.
JOB REQUIREMENT
  • Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, any field.
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English
  • Applicants must be willing to work in KELANA JAYA. 
  • 3-5 years working experiences needed.
