JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- To liaise with system vendors and regional office on system implementation
- To provide helpdesk and end-user support
- Support request via phone, online chat, and/or email.
- Ensuring proper escalation & solution of incidents reported in timely manner. Each agent should have ability to perform independently
- Proper documentation & records of all incident and work activity
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, IT/ computer Studies
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English
- Applicants must be willing to work in Puchong / Subang/ Damansara/ Petaling Jaya
