INVENTORY CONTROL (MANDARIN SPEAKER / SELANGOR / RM3000-RM4000)

·         Location            : Damansara, Petaling Jaya

·         Nature               : Automotive

·         Working day     : 5 days basis

·         Working hour   : 8.30am - 6.00pm

·         Salary  Range   : RM3000 - RM4000

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Updating Inventory (Wholesale/Retail Sale/Assembly)
- Considering CKD Volume Proposal
- Forecasting Sales Volume
- Communication with Plant Side for smooth operation
- Monitoring of CKD/CBU shipment
- Making & Submitting Franchise Order, (Production Order) & Forecast for Plant
- Making Request of CKD Ordering Volume & Forecast to PRC
- Monitoring CKD Shipment & Production
- Monitoring Production Sheet/Dealer's Order (DVO/CVO)
- Preparation for SPI Meeting with Plant
- Considering Allocation Volume for Dealer after DVO/CVO
- Monitoring Back Order/LOU Numbers
- Monitoring Vehicle Reservation for Fleet Deals

JOB REQUIREMENT:

- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word/Excel/PowerPoint).
- All applicants must be Malaysian citizen.
- Dynamic and good team players with excellent interpersonal and communication skills in both verbal and written Bahasa Malaysia and English. For those who can speak Chinese dialect is an added advantage.
