CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER (ARA DAMANSARA / RM 5000)


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Reporting to the GM
  • Must have shipping , import and export or related working experience
  • Exposure to international Business trade practices or culture will be an added advantage
  • Must possess good analytical skills and sound business acumen
  • Able to perform planning , budgeting and performance review
  • Good leadership skills
  • Good written and spoken English
  • Mandarin and other spoken language will be an advantage
  • Must be willing to be flexible on working hours
  • Occasional overseas travelling may be required
JOB REQUIREMENT:
  • Compulsory graduate in Business , Economics ,Supply Chain Management ,Chemistry or related  ( MBA will be an added advantage)
  • Required skill(s): procurement, sales, CUSTOMER SERVICE.
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English
  • At least 4 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in ARA DAMANSARA,PJ.
  • Preferably Managers specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
  • Full-Time position(s) available.
