SENIOR/JUINIOR SITE ENGINEER (MIN 2-6 EXP;SHAH ALAM)

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• •To support Project Manager, and to understand project policy for safety, schedule, cost and quality, and be able to achieve them on all site activities.
• •Handle all the coordination of the various trades in relation to all the works.
• •To check and verify for any discrepancy between design and construction drawings.
• •Make sure the constructions are as per approved design and use of materials etc.
• •Liaising with subcontractors/suppliers and customers.
• •Checking, supervising and reporting on the performance of the subcontractors and suppliers.
• •To jointly prepare with the specialist subcontractors, the various work method statements and/or Safe Operating Procedures.
• •Monitoring and periodically reporting to the Project Manager in regards to the project’s progress status.
• •To enhance safety awareness throughout construction period.
• •Implementing all policies, activities,procedures, instructions as relevant and required by the Management Systems.
• •Undertaking any and all other duties and responsibilities as instructed by the superior.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master's Degree, Architecture, Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
• MUST have minimum 2 years to 7 years of working experience in the SIMILAR field is required for this position.
• MUST have experience in a construction field as Site Engineer especially on commercial buildings (shopping complex), industrial buildings and factory buildings.
• Position type: 1 Year Renewable Contract. Based on project. 
• Able to communicate in Chinese and English preferred. Required to liaise with clients from China.
• Must possess own transport.

Salary range: 

* Junior Site Engineer (min 2 years - 3 years working exp) : RM2000 - RM3000

*Senior Site Engineer (min 4 years - 6 years working exp): RM3500 - RM 6000
