Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Primary/ Secondary School/ SPM/ "O" Level, Higher Secondary/ STPM/ "A" Level/ Pre-U, Professional Certificate, any field.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Applicants must be willing to work in PETALING JAYA.
- Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
- Full-Time position(s) available.
Job Responsibilities:
- To attend and seek solution for customers (internal & external) and intermediaries who contact the Customer Service Hotline.
- To provide efficient and professional customer service by upholding department's service level, handling time and abandon rate.
- To provide first contact resolution to resolve customer complaint and escalation on a timely manner.
- To provide customer service satisfaction through soft skills in call handling and provide accurate information or solution.
- To demonstrate high level of teamwork and commitment to serve.
- To follow through all open cases, ensure timely resolution and ensure customers are kept updated of the progress regularly.
- To track call report performance data for management analysis.
- Exhibits high level of analytical aptitude with the ability to highlight any key issues to the management.
- Result oriented and able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
