CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE (PJ/ IMMEDIATE HIRING)

Job Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Primary/ Secondary School/ SPM/ "O" Level, Higher Secondary/ STPM/ "A" Level/ Pre-U, Professional Certificate, any field.
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in PETALING JAYA.
  • Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
  • Full-Time position(s) available.
Job Responsibilities:
  • To attend and seek solution for customers (internal & external) and intermediaries who contact the Customer Service Hotline.
  • To provide efficient and professional customer service by upholding department's service level, handling time and abandon rate.
  • To provide first contact resolution to resolve customer complaint and escalation on a timely manner.
  • To provide customer service satisfaction through soft skills in call handling and provide accurate information or solution.
  • To demonstrate high level of teamwork and commitment to serve.
  • To follow through all open cases, ensure timely resolution and ensure customers are kept updated of the progress regularly.
  • To track call report performance data for management analysis.
  • Exhibits high level of analytical aptitude with the ability to highlight any key issues to the management.
  • Result oriented and able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
