JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/ Higher/ Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Mechatronic/Electromechanical) or equivalent.
- Must be able to communicate fluently in Chinese (e.g. Chinese speaking candidates required to service customers in China, and Chinese based clients) and English.
- Fresh Graduates preferred for position (2), (3), (4), (5), (6).
- Minimum 1 year to 2 years working experience required for position (1).
- Possess own transport.
- Willing to travel.
- Able to work in Johor, Penang, KL, Selangor.
- Able to start work immediately.

1. Job Responsibilities Service Engineer (Min 1year - 2years working experience; Shah Alam, Selangor):-
- To provide technical service to customer.
- To attend to customer complaints.
- Commissioning and testing.
- Troubleshooting and repair of units on site.
- Must be willing to travel.
2. Job Responsibilities Technical Representative cum Technician (Fresh Graduates only; Shah Alam, Selangor):-
- Provide field service support on printers and multifunction office equipment.
3. Job Responsibilities Technician (Fresh Graduates Only; Puchong, Selangor):-
- Involved with machine assembly, repairing.
- Involved with maintenance, troubleshooting.
4. Job Responsibilities Service Engineer (Fresh Graduates Only; Penang/Johor/Selangor):-
- To promote service and application of applied air-conditioning equipment.
- To provide technical support, services, engineering solutions to customers in applied air-conditioning equipment and system.
- To manage and expand customer network and portfolio.
5. Job Responsibilities Customer Engineer/Technician (Fresh graduates only; KL):-
- Repair machines modules return from field and branches.
- Ensure repair job is performed in a proper and timely manner.
- Ensure repaired items without failure within 1 week.
- Maintain tools and test equipment in working condition.
- Escalate issue regarding repair jobs to the immediate superior.
- Perform troubleshooting and repair machine at field if required.
- Provide phone technical support to field, branches or customers if required.
- Submit daily repair report for Manager’s review.
6. Job Responsibilities Customer Support Engineer (Fresh graduates Only; PJ, Selangor):-
- To provide timely on-site customer support in terms of network printer, software installation, training & troubleshooting of software/system related issues and ensure that good customer relation and satisfaction is maintained.
- To provide phone call/helpdesk support to customers on machine operation especially on software related matters.
- To provide escalation support to Technical Representative on software/network/printer driver problems.
- To provide timely on-site hardware support and troubleshooting to the Company’s equipments as required by the superior/management.
- To assist Business Operation Division on technical assistance, queries & requirements by customers.
- Maintain the highest possible customer management skills.
