SERVICE ADMIN / MARKETING SUPPORT (PJ / SHAH ALAM)

Job Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least SPM / STPM / Diploma / Degree, any field.
  • Required language(s): Chinese, English.
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Fresh Graduates are welcomed to apply.
  • Applicants must be computer literate, able to work independently and willing to learn.
  • Preferably someone with own transport as office locations is unreachable via public transport.
  • Willing to work in either of the locations:
    • Glenmarie, Shah Alam (RM2500) 
    • Seksyen 27, Shah Alam (RM3500)
    • Kota Damansara, PJ (RM2000 - RM4500)
    • Jln Kemajuan, PJ (RM2000 - RM3000)
  • 6 Full-Time position(s) available.
Job Responsibilities:
  • To perform Data Entry on Customer's Purchase order, Sales costing sheets, and other relevant Equipment Order Forms.
  • To receive the forms mentioned above from engineers for creation and processing of Sales Orders.
  • To maintain job costs estimation based on sales costing sheets; raising all purchase orders and sales orders for both local and overseas purchase items.
  • To ensure documentation for all sales orders are properly consolidated and systematically filed up, thus providing the most efficient and simplest way for information retrieval.
  • To monitor and update the inventory status record on monthly basis to ensure minimum level of stock holding.
  • To support in Sales and Marketing activities.
  • To coordinate production planning.
  • To perform the required total customer service with the objective of customer’s satisfaction.
  • Liaison with sales agent.
  • Appointed as a Quality Improvement Committee member.
  • To support the Shipping and Inventory function (when required).
  • Assist the inventory control of finished goods.
  • Assist in shipping scheduling to meet customers’ orders delivery date.
  • Assist in Control of carries or their agents for cost – effective transportation, and on - time delivery of the exports and imports.
  • Other Duties
  • Administration of the Sales Section, and management of the staff.
  • To conduct training for the staff for continuous improvement.
  • To ensure adherence of the ISO/TS 16949 quality system for the Sales and Shipping Section.
  • To carry out the policies and instructions of the Manager / Deputy General Manager / Management.
  • Preparation of marketing and periodical reports.
  • Other general duties that are advised from time to time.
