JOB REQUIREMENTS

HR EXECUTIVE (SENIOR) - PUDU, CHAN SOW LIN
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management/ Administration or equivalent.
  • At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Those who are able to start work immediately will have added advantage.
  • Preferably Chinese speaking females only due to company's environment
HR & ADMIN EXECUTIVE (SENIOR) - BATU CAVES & KL SENTRAL
  • Experience minimum 3 years (Batu Caves); Minimum 5 years (KL Sentral)
  • Possess solid experience in handling full spectrum of HR (payroll, recruitment, compensations & benefits etc)
  • Willing & able to handle admin matters such as leave administrations, drafting letters & corrspondence, filing & documentations, must be fluent in English conversations
  • Will be the sole HR Executive supporting HR Manager
  • Salary maximum RM3500 (Batu Caves); salary maximum RM3800 (KL Sentral)
MANNING EXECUTIVE (SENIOR) - KL SENTRAL KTM
  • Possess at least 2 years of experience in Manning position handling hiring, payroll & admin matters for ship crews
  • Knowledge in Manning Matrix reports
  • Experience in dealing with agents & seamen
  • Must be fluent in English conversations
  • Computer literate & able to follow instructions / work independently
  • Will be supporting the Manning Manager in all tasks related to manning
  • Maximum salary RM3000
IMMIGRATION OFFICER (SENIOR) - DATARAN PRIMA, PJ
  • Preferably possess Degree in Human Resource Management
  • Minimum 2 years experience in handling immigration matters or General HR with knowledge of PVP, EP, DP etc
  • Possess customer service skills & able to handle professional foreign workers & their immediate family members
  • Willing& able to work in Dataran Prima, PJ
  • Must be fluent in English conversations & able to work independently
  • Willing to learn, meticulous (need to handle Credit Control & also billing issues with the customer)
  • Preferably someone with own transport
  • Maximum salary RM3,300

JOB REPONSIBILITIES

HR EXECUTIVE (SENIOR) - PUDU, CHAN SOW LIN
  • To handle and monitor monthly payroll process and government deduction/ contribution such as EPF, SOCSO, HRF and Income Tax
  • Responsible for the administration of HR processes and system that are related to Compensation and Benefits such as performance appraisals, medical insurance and salary structure
  • Develop, implement and administer policies and procedures that related to Compensation and Benefits
  • To assist in other HR related functions from time to time as required.
HR & ADMIN EXECUTIVE (SENIOR) - BATU CAVES & KL SENTRAL
  • Manage and perform the full spectrum of HR management covering recruitment, employee relation, compensation and benefits, payroll administration, performance Evaluation / Review and training & development.
  • Review and implement HR procedures, policies and guidelines to ensure compliances and effectiveness on timely basis, 
  • to attend to all disciplinary issues, staff counselling and grievances, terminations another employee related matters in compliance with labor law.
  • Oversees and support all administration task.
MANNING EXECUTIVE (SENIOR) - KL SENTRAL
  • Assist Manning Manager in screening recruitment candidates in compliance with pre-interview checklist items.
  • Follow up on crew recruitment matters in compliance with pre-joining checklist items.
  • Coordinate day-to-day crew relief plans with reference to crew rotation plan.
  • Monitor crew change is carried out cost effectively with proper processing formalities, arrange travel arrangements, and notify agents and verify successful accomplishment.
  • Verify crew certification, Drug & Alcohol test results and medical fitness certificates.
  • Manning Matrix record update.
  • Supervise and verify port agents disbursement accounts for Manning Manager’s approval.
  • Supervise Manning Assistant on processing of crew certificates, dispensations, etc.
  • Attend to crew leave / extension matters and crew claims / reimbursements.
  • Attend to crew medical matters and maintain proper records.
  • Advise Manning Manager for investigation with crewing agents of crew’s preliminary medical examinations if warranted.
  • The Manning Executive is to represent the Manning Department in the absence of the Manning Manager and attend Daily Morning Briefing
IMMIGRATION OFFICER (SENIOR) - DATARAN PRIMA, PJ
  • The role involves assisting companies with making applications for work visas for expatriates and appropriate visas for their immediate families.
  • Experienced in immigration procedures and requirements in respect of Employment Pass, Dependant Pass, Professional Visit Pass, etc with various processing agencies : MIDA, MDEC and Immigration Department Putrajaya
  • Possesses excellent interpersonal skills with ability to provide consultation to clients
  • Able to work to tight deadlines even when under pressure, whilst still being able to provide a high level of customer service
