ACCOUNTS OFFICER / EXECUTIVE (KL / SELANGOR)

JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/ Higher/ Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Finance/ Accountancy/ Banking, Business Studies/ Administration/ Management or equivalent.
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy required.
  • Meticulous with numbers, able to work independently and meet reporting deadlines.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
  •  Handle partial / full set of accounts.
  • Perform daily entry of accounting transactions (Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, General Ledger entries).
  • Maintain proper accounting records for day-to-day operations.
  • Perform bank reconciliation and monitoring weekly cash flow.
  • Monitor reimbursement of petty cash every month end.
  • Assist in preparation of management report accounts.
