SERVICE ENGINEER (FRESH GRADS, KEPONG) ~ IMMEDIATE VACANCY

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/ Higher/ Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Electrical/ Electronic - Preferably in Electrical / Control & Instrumentation), Engineering (Mechatronic/ Electromechanical) or equivalent.
• Required language(s): MUST be able to communicate in Chinese (Mandarin/Cantonese) and English
  (e.g. Chinese speaking candidates required to service customers). 
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Knowledge in Electrical /Drives & PLC system (Preferably SIEMENS).
• Knowledgeable in process control & electrical installation works.
• Willing to work long hours and travel outstation when required.
• Possess own transport.
• Able to work in Kepong, Selangor.
• Position type: Permanent.

Responsibilities:

• To perform engineering services, provide technical support and co-ordination works with the principal and customers, inclusive of site and service work and/or any other duties designated and determined by the company
• To perform troubleshooting works for PLC and drives either in the office or at customer premises.
• To handle all customer enquiries and solving technical issues raised by customer to ensure customer satisfaction.
• To ensure shortest turnaround time for all troubleshooting works with high level of quality to ensure customer satisfaction.
