Requirements:


SALES ENGINEER, Access & Security System - Seksyen 27, Shah Alam
  • Diploma /Degree in Engineering(Electrical/Electronics, Computer/Teleccomunications), Engineering or any other related disciplines
  • 1 to 2 years working experience in sales and marketing is preferred
  • Experience in Access and Security System is an added advantage
  • Independent, aggressive, self- motivated, committed, ability to interact and team player
  • Required language(s): Chinese, English
  • Possess own transport with valid driving license
  • 1 Full time position available 

SALES ENGINEER, Automation & Security - SS7, Petaling Jaya
  • Diploma or Degree in Electrical / Mechanical / Building Engineering
  • Knowledge in Solution Selling will be considered an advantage
  • Minimum one year work experience in Building Business with proven sales track record
  • Building Automation / Security projects experience will be considered an advantage
  • Must have strong network with Building Contractors, Building Owners and M&E Consultants
  • Must be able communicate effectively at all levels – building installers, consultants, contractors, owners and co-workers
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English

SALES EXECUTIVE/ENGINEER, Data Centre / M&E - Cyberjaya 
  • 2-4 years of relevant working experience, preferably in data centre infrastructure sales or M & E related sales Minimum Diploma or Bachelor degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Independent and self-motivated
  • Good track record
  • Must have own transport
  • Required language(s): Chinese, English

SALES ENGINEER, HVAC / M&E - Penang
  • Possess a tertiary education or professional degree in any discipline with good results.
  • Able to work independently, self-driven but also an active team member.
  • Possess sense of urgency, commitment, customer service aptitude and results oriented.
  • Possess strong communication, interpersonal and analytical skills.
  • Capable of interacting and managing people at different levels and diversity.

SALES ENGINEER, Access & Security System - Seksyen 27, Shah Alam (RM3000 - RM4000)
  • Responsible for sales and marketing activities in the Division
  • Sales activities
  • Presentation/Demo, quotation and follow-ups
  • Manage customer enquiries and request
  • Penetrate and secure new customers
  • To gather market information on new projects & competitors information 

SALES ENGINEER, Automation & Security - SS7, Petaling Jaya (RM5000 - RM6000)
  • Plan / carry out / support local marketing activities to agreed budgets and timescales, and integrate personal sales efforts with other organized marketing activities, e.g., product launches, promotions, advertising, exhibitions and telemarketing.
  • Foster business relationship with building contractors, consultants and owners to ensure company's products are specified in project tender and specifications
  • Update Sales Funnel to accurately identify prospective projects and required actions to secure them.
  • Respond to and follow up sales enquiries using appropriate methods.
  • Monitor and report on market and competitor activities and provide relevant reports and information.
  • Attend and present at external customer meetings and internal meetings with other company functions necessary to perform duties and aid business development.
  • Attend training and to develop relevant knowledge, techniques and skills.

SALES EXECUTIVE/ENGINEER, Data Centre / M&E - Cyberjaya (RM3000 - RM6000)
  • To undertake account management responsibilities for existing and new customers, provide tender support on major tenders and develop designs for projects and customer proposals
  • Support the qualification process to truly understand customer requirements and ensure resources are appropriately deployed
  • Assist the customer through a process of understanding their requirements, defining a solution and creating a compelling proposition; with responsibility for then negotiating commercials, closing the deal and providing commercial direction for the project
  • Define, differentiate, develop, lead and close deals
  • Support partnerships and collaborations with key vendors

SALES ENGINEER, HVAC / M&E - Penang (RM2500 and above)
  • To liaise with M&E consultants on product's design, specifications and other related application matters
  • To work with M&E contractors, owners & developers on tenders and quotations
  • To liaise with factory on customer requirements to ensure compliance of
  • specifications
  • To negotiate price, execution of order & delivery and ensure timely collection of payment
  • To liaise with clients and engineering team on testing and commissioning as well as other warranty matters
  • To achieve the forecasted sales target and profit margin.
