Responsibilities
PRODUCT MANAGER - Home Electronic Product (RM5000 - RM7000 nego)
- Responsible in the management , and development of the assigned product lines, which include overseeing the product sales, pricing decision, marketing strategy, product segmentation and product positioning.
- Responsible for the achievement of product objectives in term of sales volume, market share, profitability and product mix.
- Develop and communicate product positions
- Key products through A&P, and marketing materials by working closely with the Marketing Department.
- Develop and execute sales programs, channel strategy, product positioning for overall product portfolio and pricing strategy (mainly during NPI).
MARKETING EXECUTIVE - IT industry (Up to RM5000)
- Manage the launching of new products
- Manage the product life-cycle
- Market Research and Intelligence
- Monitoring competitive activities in the market.
- Establishing competitive benchmarking on competitor's new products, pricing, features and promotion strategies.

MARKETING, CAMPAIGN & TRADE (RM2500 - RM3700)
- Responsible for the strategy execution and ongoing management of leads generation process for acquisition, upsell and cross sell to achieve campaign objectives via efficient & appropriate use of communication, approach and messaging via best mix of online and offline media on a timely & accurate
- Working with a team, this experienced, results driven demand generation programs individual will build short and long term communication & trade plans designed to drive sales opportunities for the company
- Actively participate and initiate demand generation marketing communications activities but not limited to : – propose advertising materials and electronic presentations; web site design and management; creation and execution of direct email and regular mail promotional campaigns; selection of external media channels (magazines, direct mail, web sites, directories, seminars); placement of advertising in selected publications
- Beyond measuring the success of individual campaigns, this person will lead cross-campaign demand generation learning—what works, what doesn’t, and how we need to change our approach to reach out and generate interest/leads across the company
- Drive campaign measurement and learning agendas that provide accurate on different measures of
- campaign performance, with the time and insight. Successful execution requires strong conceptual thinking skills, analytical, focus on operational excellence, and effective executive communication capabilities

- Responsible for maximizing lifetime value of target segment.
- Analyse and understand segment characteristics, behavior and needs, and relevant market situation to identify segment opportunities.
- Initiate and monitor segment strategies including defining the segment profile, value proposition, product and service requirements, targets, go-to market strategy for acquisition, upsell and cross sell, integration of channels/resources, etc. to build long term profitability for the Organization.
- To responsible and provide segment business forecast and support
- Track competitors’ activities and analyse impact to the segment and the organization.
- Drive segment research and analysis to understand segment needs and preferences
- Conduct periodic review and improvement of target segment strategy to ensure alignment to company objective’s and budget management

- Develop new products consistently to cater customer’s needs.
- More focus in categories food & beverage, healthy food, personal care for female
- Initiate & implement brand strategies, advertising and promotion programs in line with the entire marketing strategy within the portfolio.
- Develop marketing strategies and plans for assigned brands.
- Evaluate brand performance and achieve optimal results with appropriate strategy.
- Provide product training.
- Product sourcing and market survey.
