Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
- Required language(s): Chinese, English
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Fresh graduates with good communication and passion in Recruitment industry are encouraged to apply.
- Intensive training will be provided.
- Applicants must be willing to work in SS3, PJ.
- Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
- 2 Full-Time position(s) available.
Responsibilities
5 Working Days; Working location accessible by Putra LRT.

**Basic salary + allowance + incentives + commission = RM3000 - RM6000/month

- Generating new accounts – Enquiries via emails / incoming calls
- Serving clients by identify their requirements and provide professional consultancy on the manpower current market situation.
- Understand the job specification and find out the important information and record accurately.
- Manage and build close rapport and good business relationship with clients to maximize sales opportunities.
- Responsible for Talent sourcing and selection (pre-screening resumes, interviewing candidates, coordination of interview with the clients, negotiation of offer packages, ensuring successful closure of each job order from all clients.)
- Building & maintaining strong consultative relationships with candidates in order to review their progress and performance.
- Coach candidates on interview skills and consult them.
- Fill up the open positions in order to achieve individual targets and KPI set by the management.
- Plan and place advertisements in various channels
