CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE (5 DAYS ;FRESH GRAD IS ENCOURAGED TO APPLY)

Requirements
  • Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
  • Required skill(s): CUSTOMER SERVICE.
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Plaza Pantai KL , Hicom Glenmarie, Petaling Jaya, Shah Alam
  • Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
  • 8 Full-Time position(s) available.

Responsibilities
1.Answer or attend to customers through telephone call or in-person and ensure that their requests and issues are being addressed accordingly and proficiently.
2. Register the customer's request into the Corporate System and then monitor, follow up, and coordinate all works that are necessary in completing the customer's request.
3.Update and record all the works done to the machines in customer's office.
4.Dispatch technician to customer's office so that service / repair works can be carried out accordingly and within the service timeframe.
5. Attend to customer enquiries by telephone call.
6. Prepare or assist in preparing departmental reports.
7. Undertake any other tasks and / or responsbilities that may be assigned by the Management from time to time.
