ASSISTANT LOGISTICS MANAGER; SHAH ALAM; RM5000 MAX

Requirements


  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
  • Required skill(s): Warehouse And Logistic Management.
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English
  • At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in SHAH ALAM, BUKIT RAJA.
  • Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent.
  • Full-Time position(s) available.


Responsibilities


1. Manage to monitor Network, Card, Sales and Marketing and courier services day to day operations in accordance to SOP, company and local authority policy ie: MOF, Custom
2. Track/ Monitor the work performed at Bukit Raja warehouse, HQ and Region
3. Track, Analyze, communicate and measure KPI
4. Ensure 99% inventory accuracy levels
5. Implement total quality system (ISO9001/14000 and OSHA) in all Operations and to ensure continuous improvement is made
6. To prepare standard continuous audit (Before and After )/ Inspection for tracking, monitoring and evaluation purposes.
7. To monitor and ensure Contract Compliance
8. Staff performance, attendance, claims andOT monitoring
9. Timely submission of reporting and ensure accuracy of the data prior submission to HOD.
