MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR (PJ, SELANGOR) ~ KNOWLEDGE IN PLC SIEMENS & ALLEN BRADLEY
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Others), Engineering (Mechatronic/Electromechanical) or equivalent.
- MUST have minimum 6 year(s) of working experience in PLC troubleshooting, programming and supervising is required for this position.
- Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Maintenance/Repair (Facilities & Machinery) or equivalent.
- MUST HAVE knowledge and hands on in PLC Siemens, Allen Bradley, ISO, Mechanical and Technical background.
- Good Supervisory Skills.
- Good Interpersonal skills and able tocommunicate with all levels of management.
- Able to communicate effectively in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Possess own transport.

Responsibilities
- To do the planning resources to ensure that the maintenance department operate in optimal condition.
- To ensure machineries and utilities equipment are running smoothly at all times.
- Planning and carrying out maintenance activities according with the planned schedule.
- Assisting and involve in troubleshooting, PLC programming and hands on work.
- Leading and monitoring all the staff.
- Make certain that all breakdowns are attended to promptly, and conduct an investigation into each breakdown.
- Involve and participate in all Kaizen activities and other improvement activities.
- To assist in ensuring adherence to ISO practices.
- To ensure the company’s safety objectives are met and maintained.
