Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, any field.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Applicants must be willing to work in DAMANSARA UTAMA; SS 2.
- Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
- 5 Full-Time position(s) available.
Responsibilities
•Calls are made according the level of the Customer Relationship defined by the Company
•Prepare commercial argumentation, and take all opportunities to take orders
•Take into account the initial need of the customers, answer by proposing (if necessary, to suggest alternative solutions)
•Update regularly information to the customers on order tracking
• Bring required support to the sales force and track actions done on behalf of the sales force
• Inform/Answer technical questions of dealers or users (or redirect questions to the right department)
•Complaints are processed with the relevant services, the problems are solved and the customers are informed
•Prepare analysis and reports to improve the current processes
