- The activities shared among the project assigned Civil team members and ensuring that proper information are available at any stage of the work.
- Having discussions with the client representative/s if occurred any technical problems which may arise during project development.
- Issues and other matters affecting the cost and schedule should be reported to the Manager and/or Project Manager.
- Making sure the team have implemented consistently all comments in the project delivered, and ensuring they are included in the next revision issue of documents and drawings.
- Checking the critical design calculations and specifications of the project.
- Required to approveall Civil related documents and drawings produced in the project, before issuing.
- To prepare the schedule of outstanding work /schedules of defects.
- To carry out on site inspection, identify non compliance and report to the superior.
- Prepare civil and structure designs and contract specifications
- To liaise with local authorities for projected related matters and requirements
