SITE SUPERVISOR/SITE ENGINEER (1-4 YEARS EXPERIENCE / FRESH GRAD / CIVIL / CONSTRUCTION)

IMMEDIATE VACANCY FOR ALL POSITIONS.

1.       SITE SUPERVISOR @ Subang Jaya

-Min 1 year to 4 years working experience in Civil/Construction/Water Treatment Industry

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• To supervise company's project, liaison with sub-contractor, main contractors & consultant.
• Attend site meeting when require.
• To supervise site operations to meet project deadline in accordance with project schedule, layouts, drawings and specifications. 

JOB REQUIREMENT

• Candidate must possess at least a SPM/Diploma/Degree Engineering (Civil), Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
• At least 1 year to 4 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably specializing in engineering, Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.
• Responsible & able to work independently.
• Aggressive, able to work under pressure and long hours (when necessary).
• Possess own transport.
• Able to speak and write in Mandarin, Cantonese.

2.       SITE SUPERVISOR@PJ

-Fresh graduates preferred

-Min 1 year experience in Interior Design/Civil Engineer

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Plan, organize, direct, control and coordinate the construction of projects, buildings and dwellings, and the
  physical and human resources involved in building and construction. 

JOB REQUIREMENT

• Diploma/Degree in Interior Design,or Civil Engineering, or Architecture.
• Must be able to communicate in Mandarin and Cantonese.
• Possess own transport.

3.       SITE SUPERVISOR/SITE ENGINEER @Shah Alam

-Min 1 year to 4 years experience in Civil/Construction/Poultry Industry

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Planning of work schedule for all projects, in coordination with all relevant
  departments.
• Co-ordinate and monitor work progress with customer and relevant parties for information to expedite installation.
• To carry out site measurements and setting out activities.
• Supervision of sub-contractors’ work at site.
• Co-ordinate of material deliveries with relevant departments to meet with client requirements.
• Update Project Engineer with projects progress daily/weekly and prepare site report.

JOB REQUIREMENT

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Degree in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
• Ability to work as a team.
• Applicants must be willing to travel locally and internationally.
• At least 1 year to 4 years of working experience in the related field is preferred (specializing in Engineering- civil/ construction/ equivalent).
• Able to speak and write in Cantonese and Mandarin.
• Possess own transport.
• Willing to travel locally and outstation.

4.       SITE ENGINEER @Shah Alam

-Min 2 years to 5 years working experience in Civil/Construction.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• To understand Project policy for safety, schedule, cost and quality and support Project Manager to achieve them on all site activities.
• To coordination of the various trades in relation to all the works.
• To check for discrepancy between design and construction drawings.
• To ensure the constructions are as per approved design and use of materials etc.
• To liaise with subcontractors/suppliers and customers.
• To check, supervise and report on the performance of the subcontractors and suppliers.
• To jointly prepare with the specialist subcontractors, the various work method statements and/or Safe Operating Procedures when required.
• To monitor and periodically report to the Project Manager the project’s progress status at the interval as directed by the Project Manager.
• To enhance safety awareness throughout construction period.
• To implement all policies, activities, procedures, instructions as relevant and required by the Management Systems.
• To undertake any and all other duties and responsibilities as instructed by the superior.

JOB REQUIREMENT

• Experience in a construction field as site engineer especially on industrial buildings or commercial buildings (shopping complex).
• Qualification : Diploma or Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering.
• Min 2 years to 5 years working experience in related field.
• Able to speak and write in Cantonese and Mandarin.
• Possess own transport.
• Position type: 1 Year Renewable Contract
