JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Handling full set of accounting data entries for timely preparation of monthly management reports
- Update all transactions into system and generate reports for management
- Reconcile AR and AP with the statement of accounts, including subsidiary intercompany transactions
- Processing sales invoices, suppliers invoices, staff claims
- Handling and liaising collections from customers and payment disbursement to suppliers
- Assist the liaison with external auditor & Audit schedule preparation, tax agent, company secretary
- Performing administrative duties and support
JOB REQUIREMENT:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English
- At least 2-3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Strong team-player, high integrity, self-motivated & able to work independently
- Well-organized and able to deliver effective results and meet tight deadlines
- Applicants must be willing to work in Petaling Jaya (Seksyen 13 & Seksyen 51a).
