ADMINISTRATOR / SALES COORDINATOR ( RM3500 / KL / SHAH ALAM / PJ )

JOB REQUIREMENT:
  • Candidates must possess at least a SPM, Diploma, Professional Studies in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.
  • Preferably with working experience in related field, also able to accept fresh graduates with good working attitude.
  • Fluent in ENGLISH & BAHASA MALAYSIA.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Organize and maintain file and records.
  • Provide general administrative support.
  • Prepare official correspondence, create meeting agendas, notifications, and follow up items.
  • Manage, help generate and process sales order.
  • Handling procurement, logistics, data entry & other ad hoc tasks as assigned
  • Coordinating workflow and maintaining a productive work environment.
  • Preparing & drafting Contract, memorandum & correspondence as & when required.
  • Interacting with customers, senior-level executives, and all other levels of employees.
