JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Duties include basic duties of a personal assistant e.g. Manage the Chairman’s electronic diary and follow-up on pending issues
2. Organize meetings and take minutes of meetings

3. Make travel arrangements and prepare travel itineraries for the Chairman and the management team
4. Devise and maintain office and filing systems
JOB REQUIREMENT:
· Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Secretarial or equivalent.
- Required skill(s): SHORTHAND, MS Office.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
- At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Applicants must be willing to work in PHILEO DAMANSARA (WILL RELOCATED TO KL ON JUNE).
- Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Secretarial/Executive & Personal Assistant or equivalent.
